Refunds are available on full-priced items, excluding intimates and body products. These items are FINAL SALE. Items must be returned in their original condition, including tags and sanitary labels. Returns must be postmarked within 10 days from the date of purchase in order to receive a full refund. Once G Boutique has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. G Boutique reserves the right to deny a refund if items returned are used, soiled, worn, or damaged in any way.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by G Boutique will not be issued a refund.
